Beautiful cafe and an amazing chocolate tour! The team here did an excellent job of taking care of my family and I and giving us a once in a lifetime experience. They showed us the cocoa tree and talked to us about how chocolate was made. We made beautiful chocolate bars. A must experience and will be back soon. Pura vida

Make this sound professional Absolutely amazing experience. We stopped in for a little sweet treat after a great lunch up the road. We were greeted with a sample of cocoa nibs & dark chocolate (which we promptly devoured-delicious). A staff member shared insights into the history and mission of the establishment. We ordered the brownie & mocha. I come from a family of bakers and am one myself- I will confidently say this is the best brownie I have ever had. ***gluten free too! Definitely worth stopping in!

Visit to this place was a highlight of my stay in the Montezuma area. I enjoyed every piece of this experience. The cafè’s owner greets his guests by himself, and takes his time to get to know them, and tell them the story of his chocolate project. We felt taken care of, seen and treated with a personal touch. The focus of the project is to pay tribute to the planet and young generation - through delicious chocolate products from fair trade, manufactured locally. This approach is also reflected in the atmosphere and design of the cafè. I loved the mayan art decorations, garden surrounding it from each side, and the use of natural elements. The chocolate itself was rich in flavor and as a chocolate fan I enjoyed esch second of tasting it. I recommend the brownie - it was the highest pleasure for my senses. We also ordered a coffee and drinkable chocolate - all of them delicious.

Cute little spot, beautiful location! Staff is super friendly ans welcoming They gave us grilled whole cocoa beans which was fun to taste since it's not really common in north America! Chocolate was delicious (67% was the best for me) and the vegan cake was incredible! You really should stop there after going to the national reserve of Cabo Blanco

The best (hot) chocolate I ever had. You’d drive right by the place if you didn’t know it exists, because it’s pretty much at the end of the world. But you want to go there, trust me. The staff are super kind and the brownies are the best. If you ever visit this part of Costa Rica, you’re missing out if you skip this place.

Loved this cacao place in Cabuya! The cacao drink was awesome, everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is super relaxed and comfortable. I got the 75% cacao almond milk and some vegan cake. Both were yummy. I did spend $19 on just that (with a tip) so it's really pricey but I've gotten used to these high prices in Costa Rica.
